Implementation

The Environment and Development Group provides highly experienced professionals to implement and manage long and short-term projects overseas as well as strong administrative, financial and technical support to these projects from its Oxford base. 

A first step in effective project implementation involves the verification of the project design, objectives and planned activities.  Continuous monitoring of performance against objectives, as well as modification of activities in the light of evolving external circumstances, ensure that project implementation is guided towards the achievement of clear and well-understood goals.
