Preparation

The ultimate success or failure of a project depends on a number of factors, not least being the internal coherence and practical relevance of the initial project design.

The Environment and Development Group’s teams work in a participatory way and employ the methodology of logical framework analysis to support project design and planning.  The logframe matrix, Gantt charts and other tools are in turn used to enable effective management and monitoring of projects.

In designing projects, EDG pays close attention to the selection of practical, feasible direct and indirect indicators for the evaluation of a project’s performance.
