Services

EDG provides policy advice and technical expertise in ways that focus on balancing the twin needs of human development and conservation of the environment. We provide consulting services at all stages of the project cycle, from project formulation to final evaluation.

EDG works at all levels from international to local.  Our staff and consultants provide advice to government institutions and international corporations and review multi- donor international programmes.  But we are equally at home supporting small community-based groups or evaluating one-off projects run by local NGOs.  Some of our projects run for five or more years, while others are complete in a matter of weeks. 

We welcome approaches from organisations of all sizes wishing to discuss their project and programme design and management needs with us.
