Eritrea — Capacity Building for Environmental Management (World Bank; 1997-1998)

The Environment and Development Group assisted the Eritrean government to produce a nationally approved set of guidelines and regulations for Environmental Assessment; and to increase the capacity of the Eritrean Environmental Agency (EEA) to carry out Participatory Rural Appraisal.
