Botswana — EIA/ Audit of Veterinary Fences in Ngamiland (DFID; 1999-2000)

EDG provided the Deputy Team Leader/ Wildlife Sub-team Leader on an environmental impact assessment/ audit of veterinary disease control fences in Ngamiland District of north-western Botswana. The project outputs included a Strategic Environmental Assessment/ policy design for livestock disease control by the Department of Animal Health and Production and a socio-economic analysis of fencing implications at the national, district and local community levels.
